Banana, Nut & Chia Smoothie

Creamy banana smoothie with almonds, walnuts and chia seeds.

    Soak 2 tbsp chia seeds in ½ cup water for 10 mins until gel-like.

    Add 4 ripe bananas, 10 almonds, 6 walnuts, 2 cups chilled milk, 2 tbsp honey and a pinch of cinnamon to a blender. Blend smooth.

    Add the soaked chia and pulse 5 seconds.

  4. 4

    Pour into 4 glasses, top with a few nut pieces and serve cold.
