Sprouts Salad Bowl
Tangy moong sprouts with cucumber, tomato, lemon and chaat masala.

- Tomato1 pcProduce
- Onion1 pcProduce
- Pomegranate1 cupProduce

- Chaat masala1 tspSpices & Herbs
Method

Steam 3 cups mixed sprouts (moong + chana) with a pinch of salt for 5 mins. Cool.

Chop onion, tomato, cucumber, capsicum and coriander finely.

In a large bowl combine sprouts and chopped veg.

Season with 1 tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp roasted cumin powder, ½ tsp black salt, ½ tsp red chili powder, juice of 1 lemon and 1 tbsp olive oil.

Toss well. Top with sev or roasted peanuts and serve fresh.
