Sweet Potato Cutlets
Naturally sweet, mildly spiced cutlets with yogurt dip.

- Mint1 bunchProduce
- Roasted cumin powder1 tspSpices & Herbs

Method

Boil 600 g sweet potatoes till tender; peel and mash.

Mix with 2 tbsp roasted peanuts (crushed), ginger-chili paste, ½ tsp jeera powder, ½ tsp chaat masala, juice of ½ lemon, coriander and salt.

Add 3 tbsp roasted poha or breadcrumbs to bind.

Shape tikkis; coat in poha/sesame seeds.

Shallow-fry in 2 tbsp ghee till crisp on both sides.

Serve hot with mint-coriander chutney.
