Greek Yogurt Fruit & Seed Parfait
Layered yogurt with seasonal fruits, granola and seeds.

- Greek yogurt (or hung curd)600 gDairy & Eggs
- Mixed berries / banana / apple400 gProduce
- Granola / muesli1 cupGrains & Bread
- Honey3 tbspPantry
- Chia seeds2 tbspNuts & Seeds
- Pumpkin / sunflower seeds2 tbspNuts & Seeds

Whisk 600 g hung Greek yogurt with 2 tbsp honey and ½ tsp vanilla.

Chop seasonal fruit (banana, apple, pomegranate, berries) into small pieces.

In 4 tall glasses layer: yogurt, fruit, granola, mixed seeds. Repeat once.

Top with a drizzle of honey and a few nuts.

Chill 10 mins and serve.
